There must be more to this story.

It is a homicide as the death was cause by the action of another. Just as deaths can be listed as natural, suicide.
Thus it was her two 'bee-buhs' that were charged with homicide due to the fact that a death occurred while they were comitting a felony at the time of death.

The shooter is justified, she is dead and her two parnters are charged. All is good.

The homeowner didn't kill her. One of her beebuh accomplices did. Says she was caught in their crossfire.
