The problem with the construction industry is that the workforce in the USA is packed with drug addicts. If you paid ALL of the construction workers in the USA tomorrow, at least 10% would disappear off the job site for as long as it took to drink, smoke, eat, or inject that money away. Another 10% would show up late or sporadically, again until the money is gone.
It would not be improper to say that about 1 in 4 construction workers are serious abusers of drugs and/or alcohol. Toss in the guys who hit the sauce all weekend -- at least sparing their employers most of on-the-job problems -- and that rises to HALF.

There's no such profession as journalism under today's state controlled media. Journalists today are nothing more than cheerleaders.
agreed. constant cash flow problems, collection problems, customer service issues, personnel shit, injuries, beaners, plus it's hard ass fucking work that most of the fags here wouldn't last an hour in.
Ha...I was on this one big site and so many of the guys were total alkies...Like you'd mention booze to them and their mouths would go visibly dry and they'd start breathing hard with this crazy hungry look in their eyes...
There was this one sad wretch who was in his 40's. He's owned two city cab licenses and didn't have to work. So he devoted himself to strippers and blow. Blew every last dime. He looked shell shocked. All he did was go from room ot room picking up scraps and chain smoking king size filter tips. This one Yosemite Sam bastard on the site was the resident bully. He didn't stop picking on me till I grabbed a shovel brandished it and threatend to split his skull open and fuck him up the ass with the entire handle. He'd open scream the filthiest most vile abuse at this poor former cab license owner all day long. The sap just passively took it. He had no recourse.
