Anything except spam or child porn. Don't post those. We define spam rather broadly. Common examples other than blatant advertising include repetitive topics about the same issue, posting offensive pictures in unrelated threads, and other annoying behavior. As for the second category, please refrain from posting anything that involves children altogether. This is not a Michael Jackson fan site, so please take that kind of talk elsewhere. If you are a registered user with 100 posts or more, you have the ability to turn on security codes across the board if there is a bot attack in progress and no moderators are around. Use this ONLY in case of emergency, as the codes can only be disabled by a moderator. If you abuse this privilege, it will be taken away.

Yes. You need to be registered and have 25 posts. If you need to upload a picture, use a site like imagedump.com, then copy it's location into your post. In most browsers you would just right-click on the picture and select "copy image url".
8. Can I post a YouTube Video?
Yes, anyone can post a video. You must select the video code from the YouTube URL and put it between youtube tags. If the url is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ-jv8g1YVI then your youtube tag will look like this: [youtube]LQ-jv8g1YVI[/youtube].
